Peer review

All papers/reports that are submitted to the Annals for consideration and publication are subjected to peer-review. The review of  papers/reports will involve not less than two reviewers who are experts on the subject matter of the papers/reports. Comments from reviewers will be passed on to authors in good time depending on how quickly reviewers respond. Positive comments must be obtained from at least two reviewers before a decision to publish can be reached. Following, authors will be contacted to revise their paper/report depending on comments. Weak and poorly written papers will be rejected outright.
